The meeting of T3-1 network for local government investment policy for public services and road maintenance and construction was Held in June 10 at Pārgauja municipality. The municipality shared its experience on organization of public services and fund rising. However, Vidzeme planning region told about the plan “Transport on demand”. These presentations were followed by discussions about organization of transport for pupils  in local governments, as well as site visit in order to observe best practice examples in waste management in ZAAO, Ltd landfill in Daibe.
